Merchandise Processing Associate

About the role

The Merchandise Processing Associate position at Savers / Value Village is responsible for processing donations received at the store. This includes sorting, pricing, and preparing items for sale.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize donated items into categories suitable for resale.
• Pricing items accurately based on condition and market value.
• Prepare items for display and sale in the store.
• Communicate effectively with donors and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
