The starting pay range for Merchandise Processing Associates at Savers / Value Village is from $16.25 to $17.12 per hour, depending on the position and job duties.

About the Role

Create an awesome experience for Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This role involves processing and organizing donated items for resale in the store.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize donated items
• Handle and process returned merchandise
• Tag and label items for easy sale
• Assist in maintaining store inventory levels
• Participate in training and development opportunities

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or related field preferred
