The Merchandise Processing Associate position at Savers / Value Village is part of a mission to champion reuse and support local nonprofit organizations through the resale of gently-used items.
Responsibilities
- Process donations of clothing, accessories, and household goods
- Sort, clean, and prepare items for sale
- Ensure all items meet quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Support team members with tasks and training
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
