Responsibilities

• Process donations and merchandise received from customers and donors
• Sort, clean, and prepare donated items for resale
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Ensure all items meet quality standards before being placed on store racks
• Communicate effectively with customers and donors to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $18.45 per hour, depending on job duties and position.

Schedule

Positions available full-time and part-time, with flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
