The Merchandise Processing Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This role supports our mission of championing reuse and inspiring a future where secondhand is second nature.
Responsibilities
- Process donations received from customers and donors
- Sort, clean, and prepare merchandise for resale
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Ensure merchandise meets quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
