Responsibilities
- Process donations of gently-used clothing, accessories, and household goods
- Sort and organize donated items for resale
- Handle returns and exchanges from customers
- Ensure all merchandise meets quality standards
- Communicate effectively with donors, customers, and fellow team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
