The Merchandise Processing Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are stocked with high-quality, unique items. This position involves sorting, grading, and processing donations received from the community.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize donated items according to category and condition.
• Grade items based on quality and condition.
• Handle and process donations efficiently to ensure timely inventory updates.
• Communicate effectively with donors and other team members to provide excellent customer service.
