About the role

The Merchandise Processing Associate position at Savers / Value Village is responsible for processing donations received at the store. This includes sorting, pricing, and preparing items for sale. The role is designed to ensure that each item sold is of high quality and meets the standards set by the company.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize donated items based on condition and category.
• Pricing items accurately according to their condition and market value.
• Prepare items for display and sale.
• Communicate effectively with donors and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
