We need to output HTML fragment with sections using

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, "Who are we?" is description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. But we have "Who are we?" describing PCNA. Could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings if appropriate. We have sections: "What we offer you" (benefits). "Why you will make it your career" (maybe about role/culture). "Our Values" (maybe part of culture). "Our Businesses" (description of businesses). "The Position" (role description). Then "Key Responsibilities". Then "Skills and Knowledge". Then "Minimum Qualifications". Then "Residency Requirements". Then pay info. Then benefits described earlier. Also schedule? Not mentioned flexible scheduling? Actually "Flexible scheduling" appears under "What we offer you". So schedule info present: flexible scheduling. So we can include Schedule section. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, fraud disclaimer, etc. Remove those. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to not repeat job title as heading (the page already shows it). No job title given explicitly, but we can ignore. We need to not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. Thus we need to decide which sections to include: - About the role: Could be description of the role from "The Position" and maybe "Key Responsibilities". But we have separate Responsibilities section. So About the role could be a brief summary: "The Merchandising/Inventory Planner plays a critical role within the supply chain team at PCNA. This position is responsible for driving decisions and strategies that optimize sales, margins, inventory turnover, and GMROI goals. Working closely with Category Managers, this individual will develop, execute, and refine strategies aligned with company objectives to deliver best-in-class category and inventory performance." That's substantive. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "Key Responsibilities". We'll need to extract bullet points. - Requirements: maybe "Minimum Qualifications" plus "Residency Requirements". Could combine. - Qualifications: maybe "Skills and Knowledge"? Actually Skills and Knowledge separate. Qualifications could be education/experience etc. We'll follow typical: Qualifications = Minimum Qualifications (education, experience, certifications). Skills = Skills and Knowledge. - Benefits: from "What we offer you": Comprehensive healthcare and benefits! includes medical, vision, dental, short-term disability, etc. Flexible scheduling, 401k Matching, Generous Paid Time Off and Holidays, PCNA Cares Share Fund. - Pay: from pay range info: For residents of CA, CO, IL, or NY, base pay range $64,600 – $92,400 annually. Also bonus incentive plan. - Schedule: Flexible scheduling mentioned. We should not include sections like "About the company" etc. But we have "Who are we?" and "Our Values" and "Our Businesses". Those could be considered part of About the role? Not exactly. The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. It didn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It implies we should stick to those headings. So we should map content to those headings only. So we need to decide where to put "Who are we?" maybe under About the role? But that is about company not role. However we could treat "About the role" as including company overview? Might be okay. But we could also omit that content if not fitting. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit company description if it's substantive. But we could incorporate it into About the role section as a preamble. That seems acceptable. Similarly "Our Values" and "Our Businesses" could be included under About the role or maybe we could create a separate section but not allowed headings. So we must incorporate them somewhere else, maybe as a paragraph under About the role. Thus About the role will contain: company description, values, businesses, role overview. Responsibilities: list from Key Responsibilities. Requirements: maybe residency requirements plus maybe "Must be located in one of the following states". Also maybe "Background in demand forecasting/planning and inventory analysis". That's more qualification. Qualifications: education, experience, APICS certification a plus. Skills: Skills and Knowledge list. Benefits: as described. Pay: pay range and bonus. Schedule: flexible scheduling. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, fraud disclaimer, etc. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

    About the role

At PCNA, we don’t just create products — we inspire brand experiences. Join our team and be part of a company where you can make a mark, build something meaningful, and grow in your career while helping brands leave lasting impressions. The Merchandising/Inventory Planner plays a critical role within the supply chain team at PCNA. This position is responsible for driving decisions and strategies that optimize sales, margins, inventory turnover, and GMROI goals. Working closely with Category Managers, this individual will develop, execute, and refine strategies aligned with company objectives to deliver best‑in‑class category and inventory performance.

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Manage designated product categories to achieve company goals for sales, profitability, and inventory turns while maximizing working capital.
    • Analyze category and item performance data to influence strategies that maximize category performance, address gaps, and support company objectives.
    • Know Open-To-Buy (OTB) inventory management and provide insights into category-level inventory flows.
    • Forecast, analyze, and manage product demand to optimize stock levels and meet customer demand.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align forecasts, understand promotional impacts, and adjust inventory strategies accordingly.
    • Use demand and supply planning tools to drive accurate forecasting, and work with internal teams and vendors to support forecasted demand.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, margin, and profitability to identify trends and optimize category performance.
    • Create ad-hoc analyses to react to business trends, support decision-making, and inform senior leadership on category and item-level performance.
    • Collaborate with Category Managers to develop inventory replenishment and allocation strategies, ensuring balanced stock across channels.
    • Monitor product mix across price points, manage individual item performance, and ensure effective inventory turnover.
    • Actively participate in monthly performance meetings, providing data-backed insights and recommendations.
    • Coordinate with the imports, quality control, product compliance, and trade compliance teams to ensure a smooth product flow and regulatory adherence.
    • Develop capacity forecasts and collaborate with vendors to ensure they can meet forecasted demand.
    • Address overstock, closeout items, and inventory flow challenges to achieve targeted inventory levels and turns.
    • Create regular reports on inventory status, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy.
    • Communicate effectively across teams, promoting data sharing and transparency to support cohesive strategies.
Note: there were duplicate lines in original (Forecast, analyze, and manage product demand appears twice). We should keep only one instance to avoid duplication but preserve all substantive info; duplicate is not substantive extra. We'll deduplicate. Now Requirements: maybe combine residency requirements and maybe "Background in demand forecasting/planning and inventory analysis". But that is more qualification. Let's treat Requirements as residency requirements plus maybe "Must be located in one of the following states". Also maybe "Background in demand forecasting/planning and inventory analysis" could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll decide: Requirements = residency requirements. Qualifications = education/experience/certification. Skills = skills list. Thus:

    Requirements

Must be located in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.

    Now Qualifications:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
    • 3+ years related work experience
    • APICS certification a plus
    • Background in demand forecasting/planning and inventory analysis
    Now Skills:

    Skills

    • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong business acumen
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate, influence, problem solve and drive performance through strong execution skills
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced level Excel Skills
    • Knowledge of automated demand and supply planning software
    Now Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Comprehensive healthcare and benefits including medical, vision, dental, short-term disability, and more
    • Flexible scheduling
    • 401k Matching
    • Generous Paid Time Off and Holidays
    • PCNA Cares Share Fund – donating to teammates in times of need
But note flexible scheduling also appears in Schedule section. We'll keep it under Benefits as part of benefits list, but also we need Schedule section. However we should not duplicate content. The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. For Schedule we could have a short paragraph: "Flexible scheduling is offered." But we already listed flexible scheduling under Benefits. To avoid duplication, we could move flexible scheduling to Schedule section and not list under Benefits. But benefits list includes flexible scheduling as a benefit. The posting says "What we offer you... Flexible scheduling". So it's a benefit. Schedule section could be about work schedule details (maybe flexible scheduling). Since we have both Benefits and Schedule sections, we could put flexible scheduling under Schedule, and keep other benefits under Benefits. That avoids duplication. Thus Benefits: medical, vision, dental, short-term disability, 401k Matching, Generous PTO and Holidays, PCNA Cares Share Fund. Schedule: Flexible scheduling. Now Pay:

      Pay

For residents of CA, CO, IL, or NY, the base pay range is $64,600.00 – $92,400.00 annually. Pay is determined by a number of factors, including location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and market considerations. This role is also eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan, which provides additional earning opportunities based on company and personal performance.
