Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy and replenishment across venue, storage, and event locations.
- Cook merchandise readiness and execution for every home game.
- Partner with the Team Director and Merchandise Event Lead to plan and execute community merchandise activations.
- Maintain league visual merchandising and retail presentation standards.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, sports, or live event operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, retail operations, and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Able to regularly lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds.
Qualifications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, venue operations, or high-volume retail environments.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail presentation standards.
- Experience executing community events or brand activations.
- Passion for women’s professional sports and growing the game through exceptional fan experiences and community engagement.
Skills
- Experience managing retail or merchandise inventory in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Systems or processes used to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
