Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of merchandise operations, including inventory management, sales floor organization, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, sports, or live event operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, retail operations, and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to regularly lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in sports, entertainment, venue operations, or high-volume retail environments.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail presentation standards.
- Passion for women’s professional sports and growing the game through exceptional fan experiences and community engagement.
