Merchandise Operations Associate - PT Hours
About the role
Under the leadership of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment. Saks OFF 5TH is a destination for off-price luxury fashion with stores serving primarily as a selling channel for residual inventory from Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman, offering high-end designers and everyday favorites at the best prices. Responsibilities
Merchandise
- Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor
- Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation
- Participate when needed in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment
Fulfillment
- Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete orders placed by the customer
- Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address the customers' needs
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds
- Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards
- Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and follows through on assigned tasks
- Ability to drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with your state Driver's License standards (select doors only)

Pay
Salary range: $18.44 - $23.04 per hour. Compensation varies by geographic location; the listed range reflects multiple markets including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
