The company operates 36 stores, digital channels, and remote selling, and is part of Saks Global’s portfolio of luxury retailers.

The Merchandise Operations Associate assists with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions, maintaining merchandise organization and supporting daily store operations to enhance sales, profitability, and the customer experience. This position reports to the RPSO Manager and works in a Neiman Marcus store location.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and in‑store customer orders.
• Complete merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed.
• Perform price changes, reticketing, signage updates, and product moves.
• Manage reticketing, damages, out‑of‑stock markings, and related inventory control processes.
• Back‑stock, organize, and maintain the stockroom.
• Merchandise product and set up sale events and signage under manager and visual guidance, ensuring standards are met.
• Support set‑up and take‑down of in‑store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrated flexibility with competing tasks and a “win together” mentality.
• Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 lb.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Salary range: $19.61 – $24.51 per hour. Compensation varies by geographic location; the listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher‑cost areas. Actual starting pay is determined based on work location, experience, and other job‑related factors.

Schedule

Flexible schedule based on business need, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
