Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the enterprise consumer products strategy, including assortment planning, product development, pricing, and go-to-market approaches across all HSH clubs.
  • Oversee retail operations across club markets, establishing operational standards, inventory management processes, and vendor relationships that support consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Manage MLS licensing coordination, ensuring all HSH club merchandise programs are compliant with league requirements and positioned to maximize licensed product opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary HSH point of contact for Adidas, managing the partnership relationship, kit and product timelines, co-branded opportunities, and contract compliance.
  • Build and lead e-commerce strategy across HSH club online stores, including platform management, product assortment, promotional planning, and performance optimization.
  • Develop merchandise playbooks and operational toolkits that enable local club teams to execute consistently and efficiently across all aspects of their merchandise programs.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sponsorship, and Club Relations teams to ensure merchandise efforts are integrated with broader fan engagement, brand, and revenue initiatives.
  • Build scalable processes, operational frameworks, and best practices that support club merchandise operations and position HSH for continued portfolio growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in merchandise, consumer products, or retail operations, with experience managing multi-site or multi-brand programs preferred.
  • Strong expertise in consumer products strategy, including assortment planning, product development, and retail or e-commerce go-to-market execution.
  • Experience managing licensed merchandise programs, ideally within a sports league or team environment.
  • Familiarity with the Adidas partnership ecosystem or comparable global sportswear brand relationships strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing e-commerce operations, including platform oversight, digital merchandising, and performance reporting.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships, product timelines, and club-level priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or consumer brand environments strongly preferred.
