Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cutting-edge AI models to enhance user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and their applications.
- Train and mentor junior members of the team in AI methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AI development.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and other AI frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and neural networks.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and responsible innovation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data preprocessing and model evaluation techniques.
