Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new AI algorithms and models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in AI research and development
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, and other relevant tools

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning

Skills

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git)

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
