Position Overview
About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the selling floor, recovery, fitting rooms, and other areas of store operations.
- Monitor the store's sales performance daily using all available sales reports.
- Provide guidance to the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team associates to expedite the flow of merchandise.
- Celebrate and coordinate sales promotions activities, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing of store merchandise.
- Oversee floor moves, prepare merchandise displays and presentations consistent with merchandising concepts and guidelines.
- Support the Store Manager to resolve merchandising issues and obtain guidance for best practices.
- Ensure merchandise is sized in compliance with standards, signage is appropriately replaced and updated, ticketing is accurate and up to date, and packaged merchandise is sealed.
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), setting the leadership example for customers, associates, and driving results in the store.
- Aid the Store Manager and others in areas including but not limited to staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
- Communicate effectively with the District and Regional Management teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Retail Management experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty, or medium- to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization with experience in fashion apparel merchandising.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
- Flexible schedule required, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay
Min-Mid $29.55 - $39.40
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
