About the role
As a leader within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team, inspiring and motivating each day. You will work with the General Manager to support the entire team in driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills will greatly influence the client and associate experience.
As a Merchandise Flow Supervisor, you will provide input on merchandising strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor will allow you to understand the business on the front line and use insights to improve the store’s performance. You will help shape and execute store strategies to drive revenue and ensure appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team.
In this role, you will lead by example with integrity, collaborate, and be intellectually curious, strategic, and results-oriented while navigating ambiguity and change. As the person accountable for the back of house, you will drive sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom, strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices, markdown execution, stock accuracy, and supplies and facilities management.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management
- College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence partners and motivate the team
- Proficiency with retail systems and office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Open availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Pay
$17.00 per hour, with potential for bonus or commission depending on brand.
