About the role

As a leader within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team. Working with the General Manager, you will support the entire team in driving sales, delivering an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring efficient store operations. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury retail business will shape both client and associate experiences.

As a Merchandise Flow Supervisor, you will provide input on merchandising strategies and use front-line insights to improve store performance. You will help shape and execute strategies to drive revenue and ensure clear communication across the team. This role requires leading by example with integrity, collaboration, intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, adaptability to change, and a results-driven mindset.

You will also oversee the back of house, ensuring a well-organized stockroom, strong merchandise flow (replenishment), markdown execution, stock accuracy, and facilities management to support sales.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate the sales team to drive performance and client experience.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute store strategies.
• Provide input on merchandising strategies and use front-line insights to improve business operations.
• Ensure clear and effective communication across the team.
• Oversee back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization, merchandise flow, replenishment, markdown execution, and stock accuracy.
• Maintain supplies and facilities management to support store efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail shipping and receiving management.
• College or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in retail systems and office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability, including flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Pay

Starting salary of $19.00 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission plan depending on the brand.
