Merchandise Flow Supervisor, A|X Armani Exchange

About the role

You will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team, inspiring and motivating each day.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire team in driving sales and providing an excellent client experience.
• Build strong talent and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively.
• Provide input on merchandising strategies.
• Lead the sales floor to understand the business and use insights to improve the store's performance.
• Drive sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow practices.
• Ensure appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team.
• Drive sales by managing stock accuracy, markdowns, and supplies and facilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar retail roles.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Pay
