Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate truck deliveries
• Train and mentor staff
• Ensure proper merchandise tagging and organization
• Monitor team productivity
• Uphold merchandising standards
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards

Communication & Collaboration

• Effectively communicate with management and team members
• Provide feedback
• Possess strong leadership experience with at least 6 months in a supervisory role and 1 year retail experience
• Participate in training needs to enhance team effectiveness

Compliance & Promotions

• Ensure adherence to policies
• Support credit and loyalty programs
• Participate in shrink reduction and safety initiatives
• Promote store programs
