Merchandise Coordinator

About the role

This role is responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing by Associates, and maintaining a clean, organized store to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate truck deliveries
• Train and mentor team members
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and secured
• Monitor team productivity
• Promote safety and support store shrink reduction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• At least 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team

Pay

Starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, based on skills and experience.
