About the role
WORLD of RADICAL BEAUTY is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team at La Mercerie. We are looking for someone who is excited about the intersection of architecture, art, design, and cuisine, and who is committed to creating spaces that tell stories and evoke emotions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of the restaurant’s culinary vision
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food and service
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors
- Support the overall dining experience through attentive and engaging customer service
- Participate in the planning and execution of special events and seasonal menus
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience
- Experience working in a high-end, fine dining environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Passion for French culinary traditions and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Knowledge of wine and spirits
