Merchandise Associate - Summer

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing exceptional service and engaging with shoppers
• Maintain a positive store environment and ensure adherence to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards
• Support store recovery, cleanliness, and organization throughout the day
• Process transactions accurately and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Support sales initiatives and participate in safety and shrink reduction programs
• Contribute to a safe and secure environment
• Assist in cross-training across store areas to support business needs

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking
• Flexible to adapt to changing directions and work effectively with team members
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in a retail setting
