Merchandise Associate - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer service principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support various store areas as needed.
• Model positive customer interactions and uphold store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and follow merchandising procedures.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Support and accept feedback, adhere to policies, and perform other assigned duties.
