Merchandise Associate - Nights and Weekends

About the Role

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Supports operational standards, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention efforts. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service with internal and external customers
• Promote a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer transactions and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support store shrink reduction programs and adhere to labor laws and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Effective team collaboration
• Retail experience preferred
