About the role

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer experience practices for internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction and adhere to labor laws and policies
• Assist in various store areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule and respond to changing situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations
• Retail experience preferred

Pay

The starting pay range is $16.90 to $17.40 per hour, based on skills and experience.
