Merchandise Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience through engagement and interaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Support store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures, prepare merchandise for sale, and participate in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Contribute to safety, shrink reduction, and store recovery initiatives.
• Support and adapt to various store roles as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors.
• Retail experience preferred.
