Merchandise Associate

About the role

We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable individuals to assist with retail operations during the upcoming season.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of merchandise display setup and takedown
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting with purchase transactions
• Managing inventory, receiving, and stocking merchandise
• Monitoring store standards and cleanliness
• Responding to customer inquiries and alerting management to security issues
• Setting up and breaking down retail spaces before and after events
• Handling other assigned duties

Requirements

• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Strong communicators with professional presentation
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Flexible with schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Possess retail experience and a high school diploma (preferred)

Qualifications

Two associates will take on increased responsibilities as managers.
