Merchandise Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer service principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Support and model positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and follow merchandising procedures.
• Participate in store recovery, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety standards.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
