Merchandise Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Model and support customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Promote store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process transactions, including purchases and returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising procedures to prepare and display merchandise
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and organization efforts
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives
• Perform other assigned duties to ensure store standards and operations

• Retail experience preferred
