About the role

Responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to operational standards. Supports store functions through cross-training in various areas to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service and embody customer experience principles
• Promote store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Process transactions accurately and support credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction programs and adhere to policies and labor laws
• Work collaboratively with team members and respond effectively to changes

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Retail experience preferred
• Flexible schedule to support store needs
