This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Modeling customer service practices and supporting a positive store culture
• Processing transactions accurately and promoting credit and loyalty programs
• Upholding merchandising standards and preparing merchandise for sales
• Participating in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Supporting shrink reduction and adhering to policies and labor laws
• Performing other assigned duties as needed

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.13 to $17.63 per hour, determined by skills and experience. The full pay range extends up to $27.20 per hour.
