Merchandise Assistant - Junior

Job Title: Merchandise Assistant - Junior Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-Site) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support buying and merchandising operations through order management, vendor coordination, and administrative support. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep purchase orders, sample workflows, and merchant support activities organized and moving efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare, revise, and track domestic and import purchase orders while supporting the buyer worksheet process and purchase order change procedures.Communicate with vendors and internal partners to follow up on allocations, late shipments, shipping extensions, and related order issues.Coordinate travel arrangements, vendor and agent visits, and weekly reporting needs for assigned merchants and buyers.Support sample management, office administration, spreadsheets, filing, and special projects as assigned. Required Must be available to work on-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Must be able to support a 36.25-hour work week.Must be willing to complete an Excel test if selected for interview.Must be open to a potential temporary-to-permanent opportunity and be willing to submit convertible talent.
