Benzel-Busch is seeking experienced Certified Mercedes-Benz Technicians (A, B, C) to join their award-winning team. Founded in 1964, they have received the "Mercedes-Benz Employee Choice Award," an exclusive honor held by only 20 Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the United States. They are currently expanding their team and offer a modern, air-conditioned service facility equipped with the latest diagnostic tools.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose vehicle issues using both basic and complex diagnostic steps.
- Perform complementary multi-point inspections.
- Perform maintenance repairs.
- Analyze customer concerns and symptoms to identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions.
- Prepare repair plans outlining necessary repairs and estimated costs, obtaining customer authorization before proceeding.
- Test repairs to ensure functionality and safety.
- Document all repairs and parts used on service orders.
- Research technical information and consult with shop foreman to solve complex problems.

Pay & Schedule
$18 - $48 per hour, depending on experience and technician level. Monday to Friday schedule with holidays and weekends if needed.

Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test. Previous experience in automotive repair is required, and certification as a Certified Mercedes-Benz Technician (A, B, or C) is preferred.
