MEPS – Field Interviewer
About the role
with paragraph(s) describing MEPS and role.Responsibilities
with- list.
Requirements
maybe combine Basic Qualifications and Minimum Requirements? Could split into Requirements and Qualifications. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. Thus: - About the role: description. - Responsibilities: list duties. - Requirements: Basic Qualifications (must be 18+, confidentiality, training availability, travel to in-person training, etc.) plus Minimum Requirements (reside in area, work period, hours, physical, vehicle, license). Could combine. - Qualifications: Preferred Criteria. - Skills: maybe not present; we could omit if no specific content. Better to omit. - Benefits: list benefits. - Pay: hourly rate range, health and welfare payment. - Schedule: description of schedule, periods, breaks, hours. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's craft. HTML fragment:About the role

Check that we didn't repeat job title. No mention of Job ID. No boilerplate. All substantive info preserved. Check if any info missed: mention that MS Teams will be used to conduct interviews with candidates for this position (that's about selection process, not job duty). Could be included in Requirements maybe as a note about selection. But it's not a duty; it's about interview process for candidates. Might be considered boilerplate? It's substantive but not about job. Could include in Requirements as "Candidates will be interviewed via MS Teams." But it's not a requirement for the job; it's about hiring process. Probably okay to omit as it's not about job duties. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That line is substantive info about the hiring process. Should we include? It's not a job duty but it's info about the posting. Might be considered relevant. However, the instruction also says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The MS Teams interview line is not exactly those; it's about how candidates will be interviewed. Could be considered part of application instructions? It's about the interview process for candidates, not instructions to apply. Might be okay to keep. But we have no section for "Selection Process". Could add a short paragraph under Requirements or About the role? Might be better to add a note under Requirements: "Candidates for this position will be interviewed using MS Teams." However, that is not a requirement for the job; it's about the hiring process. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we should not discard it. So we should include it somewhere. Where to place? Could add a short paragraph after Requirements maybe as a note. But we have no heading for "Selection Process". Could add aunder Requirements after the list. Or we could add a new section "Selection Process" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes only those specific ones; we should not create other headings. So we should incorporate into existing sections, maybe under Requirements as a note. Add a
after the
- in Requirements: "Candidates will be interviewed using MS Teams."
Check if any other info missed: "This is a part-time, variable-hour, non-exempt position." Already in Schedule. "This position is eligible for overtime pay." Already in Benefits. "This position is not initially eligible for health insurance or a health savings account (HSA). To be eligible for health insurance and an HSA, you must work 1560 hours from September through September of the following year with coverage beginning January 1 of the year after eligibility is satisfied." Already in Benefits. "This federal government project is subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA)." Could be included in About the role or Requirements? It's substantive. Should we include? It's about the project. Could add a sentence in About the role: "This federal government project is subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA)." Also "The hourly rate for this position is determined by the location where work is performed." Already in Pay. "In addition to hourly pay, a health and welfare payment of $5.35, which may be reduced based on group benefit election, will be paid weekly for up to 40 work hours per week." Already in Benefits. "This position is eligible for paid vacation and holiday leave based on hours worked." Already. "All field positions accrue sick leave (based on hours worked) and are eligible to participate in the 401(k) program (employer matching is dependent on hours worked and disbursement is subject to program rules).
