MEP Senior Project Manager - St Louis (Per Diem)

About the role

Lead the delivery of a mission-critical data center project.

Manage all on-site subcontractors from mobilization through closeout.

Oversee major construction packages including:

• Middle-voltage electrical infrastructure
• Low-voltage systems
• Generators
• Structural steel
• Concrete
• Interior fit-out

Responsibilities

Play a key role in one of the region's flagship mission-critical developments with a strong pipeline of future projects.

Requirements

Senior Project Manager experience on large, complex construction projects.

Medium-voltage electrical experience is essential.

Strong background in electrical infrastructure, MEP coordination, and subcontractor management.

Data center experience is preferred but candidates from industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other complex construction environments are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

$190,000-$225,000 base salary
