About the role
As a MEP Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex industrial projects from conception to completion. You will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain project alignment and resolve issues.
- Prepare and present project progress reports and presentations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMI’s PMP certification.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Experience with industrial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
