MEP Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager at Skanska will manage the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome, and administer both the owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects. They will also direct and mentor on-site staff.

Requirements
- 5+ years of MEP project management experience on commercial or infrastructure construction projects
- 5+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction
- 5+ years track record of delivering on-time projects
- 5+ years experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects
- 5+ years experience creating and maintaining a culture of safety
- 5+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control
- 5+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience
Skills
- Business management acumen
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication and client service skills
