Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee mission-critical MEP projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful delivery at every stage.
- Cook up and manage all MEP systems, with a particular eye on electrical, making sure to stay strictly compliant with design intent, project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Build trust and collaboration among subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Enforce Pepper’s safety and quality standards across all phases of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on schedule, budget, and project goals.
- Contribute to preconstruction efforts as needed, including early-stage budgeting, design coordination, and subcontractor buyout.
- Regularly communicate with clients, owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and projects exceed satisfaction.
- Mentor, manage, and empower direct reports to maximize performance and engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned and best practices into future projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects with extensive electrical system involvement and full MEP integration.
- A strong background in electrical systems complemented by broad knowledge of MEP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage mission-critical projects successfully.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Prioritizing proven ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders and subcontractors.
