Role Summary
Eastern is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to support industrial, advanced manufacturing, cleanroom, dry room, semiconductor, EV battery, and data center projects. This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience managing the estimating, procurement, coordination, installation, and commissioning of complex MEP systems. The successful candidate will support projects from early planning and budgeting through construction, startup, and closeout while collaborating with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Preconstruction & Estimating
- Review drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, and owner requirements.
- Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and bid proposals.
- Develop scopes of work, assumptions, clarifications, and value engineering recommendations.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.
- Identify design conflicts, scope gaps, constructability concerns, and project risks.
- Support procurement planning and long-lead equipment strategies.
- Participate in client meetings, bid reviews, and contract discussions.
