About the role
Responsible for leading a team of software developers in developing innovative solutions for complex business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to the development of technical strategies and roadmaps for software projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies relevant to software development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with DevOps tools and processes.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
