MEP Manager, Data Center Construction
About the role
ARCO/Murray's team of engineers and project managers are experts at tackling complex projects and installations through a comprehensive design/build approach. Responsibilities
- Supports project teams by planning and coordinating procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning of critical MEP systems.
- Focuses on data center and advanced manufacturing projects, ensuring seamless execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.
- Manages the MEP model, reviews submittals, resolves RFIs, tracks progress, organizes commissioning documentation, and collaborates with subcontractors and vendors to close punch list items.
- Aids in organizing MEP client training and provides guidance to MEP Team on MEP concepts and installation details.
- Supervises all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors, and vendors involved in the project.
- Collaborates on Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out.
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering, construction management, or related field required.
- 5-7+ years of estimating, procurement, and/or coordination experience specific to large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
- Advanced knowledge of the installation of MEP systems, BIM Modeling, and commissioning of MEP systems in support of data center projects.
- Familiarity with software such as Procore, CxAlloy, and BIM 360 preferred.

Pay
Typical base compensation for the Project Manager role is between $84,000.00 and $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range.
Schedule
The role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.
