MEP Field Coordinator
About the role
We are looking for an MEP Field Coordinator to join our MEP Building Technology team on our project in Shippingport, PA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation needs for assigned projects.
- Provide oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program.
- Maintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support start-up and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Required: 1–3 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.
- Ability to understand workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and troubleshoot field engineering problems.
- Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
