MEP Assistant Project Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day field operations for data center construction projects across all trades and scopes
• Aid in coordination of MEP, structural, architectural, and site work activities
• Manage daily work plans, short-interval schedules, and trade sequencing
• Support site logistics planning, access control, laydown, and material flow management
• Afford support to enforcement of safety programs, site rules, and OSHA compliance
• Engage in QA/QC inspections, deficiency tracking, and field documentation
• Facilitate coordination of critical systems installation (power, cooling, fire protection, controls)
• Collaborate with subcontractors, workface planning, and productivity tracking
• Maintain daily reports, field logs, and progress documentation
• Coordinate inspections with AHJs and owner representatives
• Support punchlist execution and verification
• Contribute to preconstruction constructability reviews and logistics planning

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety practices, and field operations
• Experience working in live environments or active campuses preferred
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in high-density, schedule-driven environments
