Menus & Venues Brand Marketing Intern

About the Role

Each summer, URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in their chosen area of business. For 10 weeks, interns will experience the unique culture and perks of our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard, while developing skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in social media content creation by visiting our restaurants and venues in the Philadelphia area, capturing photo and video content in real time.
• Pull campaign metrics, track engagement rates, compile performance recaps, and build decks for internal reviews.
• Contribute to brand representation through copywriting, graphic design, and customer relations.
• Gather data on consumer trends, evaluate competitor campaigns, and identify new audience insights.
• Help research, pitch, and coordinate brand activations, influencer partnerships, or community engagement.

Qualifications

You are a creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual studying marketing or communications with an eagerness to learn about all facets of marketing. You will bring new ideas and have the opportunity to implement them.
