The Resolution Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting college students called Resolution Fellows in launching social ventures around the world. We provide seed funding, mentorship, and resources to aid in their leadership development and encourage a lifelong commitment to social responsibility.

About the role

Volunteers can work remotely and support the Fellows with general venture launch, implementation, and sustainability. They also advise Fellows on future career plans. Volunteers are paired with a team of their choice and will have a partner as they mentor a Fellow team. No prior expertise in the Fellows' field is required, as learning is part of the journey.

Responsibilities

  • Support Fellows with venture launch, implementation, and sustainability
  • Advise Fellows on future career plans
  • Learn alongside the Fellows as part of the mentoring process
  • Potentially work with Fellows from different locations and backgrounds

Requirements

Volunteers should be available to participate in monthly calls and be willing to commit to the mentorship role for at least one year. No specific qualifications are required beyond a passion for social impact and a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications

Skills
