Why Mentorship Matters
Many of the youth and families ROOTED serves face systemic barriers to opportunity, access, and support. Mentorship creates connection, belonging, exposure, confidence, and hope. At ROOTED, we are building more than mentorship programs — we are building ecosystems of support that help communities thrive for generations.
