About the role
As a Mental Health Worker, you will participate in the planning and evaluation of patient needs based on patient behaviors, provide direct patient care services in accordance with the treatment plan under the direction of a professional nurse, and assist in providing a safe and therapeutic environment according to established policies and procedures.
Schedule
- 4–8 hour shifts weekly, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, including rotating weekends
- 32 hours per week
- Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Human Services related degree or past direct care or related experience strongly preferred
- All new clinical staff will begin extended clinical orientation/training immediately following the first day of employment
