About the role
The Adolescent Male Crisis Stabilization Unit is a 23 bed unit for the multi-disciplinary assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention, and stabilization of adolescent male patients. Discharge planning emphasizes movement to day hospital or outpatient care as soon as the crisis has been stabilized.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and evaluation of patient needs based on patient behaviors.
- Provide direct patient care services in accordance with the treatment plan and under the direction of a professional nurse.
- Aid in providing a safe and therapeutic environment according to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Human Services related degree or past direct care or related experience strongly preferred.
- Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.06 minimum to $22.95 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
Schedule
- Full-time, 36 hours/week position.
- Availability to work 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm).
- Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
